1 bag of large elbow noodles
1 16 oz can of tomato sauce
1 lb of ground beef
Salt
Garlic salt or powder
Parsley
Albuquerque Tortilla Red Chile Powder
2 tbsp of oil
Coat the bottom of a large skillet with oil and heat. Add elbow noodles. Stir until they start to turn brown. Fill skillet with water and bring noodles to a boil. When noodles are soft, add tomato sauce. Cook the ground beef and add a coating of red chile powder (1 tbsp for mild and 2 tbsp for spicy), stir thoroughly and add to noodles. Continue cooking and add @ two pinches of parsley, garlic salt or powder and salt to taste. Add a cup of water throughout the cooking process for a more soupy consistency or less for a thicker consistency.
Serve in bowls with our tortillas for a great meal.
